With our record order book this year and it continuing to fill with projects into the new year, we’re pleased to share with you that so too has our investment in both our large and small machining rooms. In addition to our recent purchase of a new MTE BF3200 CNC milling machine we have invested in two Hurco machines, bought this month at auction.
The DCX22 with through spindle coolant and 10,000 RPM will support our large machining shop, and the VM 10 will give additional capacity for smaller projects, and individual dies.
Giving our customers the confidence in both our capacity and capability is really important to us and it has been this commitment over the last ten years that has led us to the position we are in today.
These two new machines will immediately help projects that we are currently working on across both the Automotive and Aerospace industries and our plan is to have them up and running in the first week of January.
Next year looks set to be another exciting year in our journey of growth as we welcome three new members of staff in the first week of January. An additional quality inspector, machinists and toolmaker are all set to join us on the first day back and the changes we have made, clearly defining our management structure this year has aided customers and staff with communication and points of contact.
