A team with shared values is the secret to success….

There’s a well-known quote by Steve Jobs

‘Great things in business are never done by one person. They are done by a team of people.’

We believe that it is our team at Cube that really make the difference to our business. Each one an ambassador of our three core values of capacity, capability and confidence and a sales person for our business.

We now have 40 employees in our team, recruited from the local area and working together to service the world’s leading engineering companies.

Our team has a strong work ethic, with shared values, which in turn creates a proactive workforce, always looking to deliver the very best service and experience for our clients. When bringing a new customer on board, they often want to speak to the engineers as well as the senior team to ensure they have confidence in each level of the business.

‘The team at Cube understand the impact to our production if they have a quality issue and they will always liaise with us to find a solution.  They show genuine concern for their relationship with our business.’ Jo Way, Procurement Manager, TS Converting Equipment Ltd

Whilst knowledge, experience and technical skills are crucial within our recruitment process, we always aim to hire employees that have a willingness to learn, as well as being value aligned. We find that it is this ambition and drive that enables us to achieve greater productivity and make a lasting and positive contribution to our performance.

It is not only external relationships that are important, we need to make sure that internally the team are happy and morale is high. As a senior management team we always have an ‘open door’ policy, there are no politics or barriers we operate as one team working together.

We make sure that it’s not all work and that we plan in a few social nights out, this year we’ve been dog racing and to Ghetto Golf in Birmingham.
