Weld Fixtures
Generally manufactured from steel or composite materials which locate & clamp the parts in position whilst they are welded together. Some fixtures may be of expanding type , many fixtures include the facility to gas purge the part whilst it is being welded.
Laser Fixtures
Manufactured from steel / aluminium or composite materials, designed to locate part securely whilst the part is laser trimmed to shape.
Inspection Fixtures
Various types manufactured from steel / composite materials used to support the part whilst it is checked on a cmm machine, or bespoke where the part is checked with gap checks, pins & go nogo gauges & trim line etc.
