Composite Mould Tools

There are numerous methods for manufacturing composite components, they can be produced from an extensive range of materials, the more common design of tooling for producing composite components would be an invar mould tool. An invar mould tool would yield the ultimate accuracy, component definition & lifespan of the tooling. This is also the most expensive type of tooling.

Other materials would be GRP, Polyurethane and Epoxy Model boards, mild steel or aluminium. Material choice would dependant on budget, tool life & complexity of the component

Here at Cube Precision Engineering we do much more than Composite Mould Tools.
