Customer feedback is really important to us…

What our customers think and believe about us ultimately will determine the success of our business in the future, which is why at Cube we’re passionate about asking our customers for feedback.

Earlier this month we sent out a survey to customers we are currently working with and those for which we have completed projects in the last year.  Delivering great customer experience is really important to us as over the last three years, 92% of our revenue has come from returning customers, and even more new customers come to us through recommendation and word of mouth. We want to hear the good and the bad from our customers.

We are proud to share with you that of the customers surveyed, 100% would be happy to recommend us and are more than happy with the service that we have been delivering for them.

When asked what they believed our key strengths to be, capability, knowledge, trust and quick turnaround were the most popular words used to describe us. Capability is one of our key values, so it was great to know that we are truly living our values both internally and externally with our customers.

But we won’t be resting on our laurels, we will take onboard all feedback from the survey, good and bad. We will work hard to continue to improve the service that we deliver to our customers.

‘It is hugely encouraging to hear positive messages from our customers, and we work hard on delivering an exceptional service to them. That’s not to say there are not areas we can’t work on, and in those circumstances the management team have engaged directly to understand how we can improve the experience.’
