Tool making & Pressing
From small mock-up tools to large tooling suites, Cube Precision Engineering have the capacity to project manage and manufacture a wide range of tooling for the aerospace, automotive and white goods industries. With machining capacity up to 5m and lifting capacity up to 35T, our tryout facilities up to 1000T offer a viable alternative to home line presses for tryout and emergency breakdown back-up.

Composites
In house facility to manufacture composite tools and parts using a variety of systems. Our experienced staff have a variety experience dealing with projects from aerospace and automotive.

Milling
With over 1,000 hours machining capacity per week, our purpose built CNC machine shop is fitted with over head crane capacity up to 35T with immediate access from logistics vehicles straight onto machine beds. Our Hurco department is capable of manufacturing components up to 1.5m in length, while our larger machines (all heidenhain controls) all have 3+2 capability and high speed machining up to 26,000 RPM. The larger machines are capable of machining products up to 5m in length. Undertaking a variety of projects from bespoke high end furniture to batch production for the rail industry, we have experience in handling individual requirements

Proto Typing
We also have experience in prototype parts for new model releases. Using our in house laser scanning software we are able to take wooden or clay models and reverse engineer them to produce prototype parts from a range of materials.

Utilising our full range of experience combined with our extensive facilities we have been successful in winning several high profile bespoke projects for Aerospace and the automotive industry. Specifically front strutted cases for aero-engine development and a range of alloy wheels for the automotive industry.
